Executive Coaching

I am an Executive Coach with a focus on career navigation/reinvention and leadership development.  I contract directly with individuals as well as with companies looking to support their leaders and staff.  I contract by the hour or, more commonly, for a series of sessions at a discounted hourly rate.  

Engagements may last from a handful of sessions to an ongoing, recurring relationship depending on your needs, accomplishments and goals.

Teaching and Speaking

I am available for lectures and ½ day, full-day and multi-day workshops on career management and leadership development.  I have taught several courses on leadership, career management and career navigation topics for Stanford University's Continuing Studies Program.  Those courses have been informed by the content of more than 85 interviews on career management that I held with Google's senior managers and leaders over a one-year period.
